Harvington Hall collects personal information if/or when you agree to gift aid. We only collect this with your permission. We also collect your email address if you decide to sign up to our newsletter. You have the option to unsubscribe at any time.

 

How will we use your data?

Harvington Hall will use your data:

  • To complete the gift aid procedure
  • To email the newsletter
  • To keep you updated about upcoming events

 

Our providers:

  • The Archdiocese of Birmingham – provides the software that the hall uses. They also own the hall.
  • Harvington Hall – keeps hold of the information needed
  • Merac Ltd – collates the information that is then sent off to gift aid UK
  • Gift Aid UK – uses the details you have supplied to give an extra 25% of the amount that you have spent to the Hall – at no extra cost to you.

 

What are your data protection rights?

Harvington Hall would like to make you fully aware of your data protection rights.

Everyone has:

  • Right of access – you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
  • Right of rectification – you have the right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right to be forgotten – in certain circumstances you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records.
  • Right to restriction of processing – where certain conditions apply you have the right to restrict processing.
  • Right of portability – you have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another organisation.
