The information published on the Harvington Hall website is provided as a service to users, to be used for informational purposes only.



By using the Harvington Hall website you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the site. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use the Harvington Hall website.

Harvington Hall may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Harvington Hall. Your continued use of the site after any changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

Access to and use of this site is provided by Harvington Hall subject to the following terms:

Ticket information for the website.


· Tickets are for your use only and are not available for transfer or resale. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless in exceptional circumstances and agreed with the General Manager. In addition to the ticket price your order may require payment of a transaction fee per event. Those fees are not refundable. When a show is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, a face value refund is issued. This is minus the booking and refund transaction fee.

· Any complaints about a ticket holder’s ability to view or enjoy the event shall be made to the Management promptly prior to or during the event.

· The following bookings terms apply to all purchases and bookings made on the Harvington Hall website and the following terms also apply for all bookings made over the phone.

· We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a ticket or entry to any part of Harvington Hall where it is reasonable for us to do so.

· The time slot is for your arrival time into the Hall, but you are welcome to enjoy the grounds and coffee shop between 10-4pm.

· Please book one ticket per person, including children aged under 5 as they will need a ticket but for which there is no charge.

· For a non-event day, you will need to book a specific Guided Tour or a Free Flow time slot, as we have to manage footfall through the Hall, to protect the building.

· For event days if there are no specific time slots, the ticket covers the entire day.

· When you purchase a ticket online a confirmation email will be sent to the specified email address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure this email address is correct. Harvington Hall will not post any tickets.

· Opening hours are 10:00 – 16:00 Wednesday – Sunday (From Saturday the 10th of Feb up to an including 3rd November 2024). From the week commencing the 4th of November the Hall is only open at Weekends

· For event days, specific visitor information will be detailed on each event page, that relate to that event.


During your visit

· Whilst on site please feel free to explore, but please be aware of and respect your surroundings.

· Parking is free and there are several accessible parking spaces for blue badge holders.

· We ask you not to cross rope lines or areas that are marked as closed, this to protect you from specific hazards.

· Please be respectful of nature, give the ducks space!

· Staff, and Volunteer Stewards are here to help – please feel free to ask questions.

· Please be aware that there are some areas in and around Harvington Hall and Gardens, which are not quite uneven.

· We have a limited number of toilets on site (accessible and baby change units) that are cleaned regularly & deep cleaned daily, but we ask visitors to follow signage and guidance to use the facilities safely.

· We ask visitors to arrive promptly for their Guided and Free Flow tours and to make their way across the bridge and into the Gift Shop, where they will be advised where the start of the tour commences.

· Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned and are valid on the date/time specified only. This includes tickets for any of our Events (including third-party events), all Guided Tours and all General Admission (House & Garden and Garden only).

· All prices are correct at the time of publishing. However, they are subject to change without prior notice.

· Children aged under 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times; during a school visit the teacher is in loco parentis. Accompanying adults are responsible for supervising the children in their care at all times.

· Visitors are reminded that for technical or operational reasons, some facilities may be removed or closed or entertainment cancelled and/or altered at any time. Harvington Hall reserves the right to change the programme if at any time it is deemed necessary or appropriate to do so.

· All attractions will remain open and events will take place whatever the weather unless weather conditions pose a health and safety risk to our visitors, Staff and Volunteers. We will make every effort to reschedule tickets should we close for reasons of health and safety. While we will endeavour to publicise any such changes on our

website and ticket offices, we strongly advise checking the relevant details by visiting www. https://www.harvingtonhall.co.uk/ before you visit.

· In the event of a cancellation or closure, Harvington Hall accepts no responsibility for travel, accommodation and any other associated costs.

· Harvington Hall is an inclusive organisation, and we value and respect the diversity of our visitor, communities and our colleagues. Any behaviour towards our colleagues or other visitors which contradicts this will not be tolerated and visitors will be asked to leave.

· Harvington Hall shall have no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by you or occurring to any items belonging to you, other than in the event of death or personal injury occurring to you.

· Photography is allowed for non-commercial private use only. Drone filming is not permitted on-site without the prior consent of Harvington Hall. The use of tripods or selfie sticks is not allowed inside Harvington Hall.

· Large bags and rucksacks are not allowed inside Harvington Hall.

· We regret that with the exception of Guide Dogs, animals are not permitted on-site

· Visitors are welcome to bring their own picnics, and we ask that visitors do not litter, by using the bins provided or taking their litter home.

· Visitors are not permitted to bring food and beverages into Harvington Hall, you are welcome to bring either into the grounds.


· Data Policy:

· DigiTickets will hold your data on behalf of Harvington Hall and will not pass on your personal details to any Third Parties. Your contact details may be held on a database and mailing list.

Limitation of liability

· Notwithstanding our reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of the information appearing on this website, we make no express or implied warranties in relation to its accuracy. Our liability to you in the event of our breach of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to refunding any money you may have already paid for product that you have not received or that you have returned within the agreed time scales and in the required condition. So far as the law allows, we shall not be liable to you

for any other loss or damage whatsoever. Your statutory rights as a consumer and your cancellation rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees or agents.

1.You may not use Harvington Hall’s website content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Harvington Hall website content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any site content except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Any other use of Harvington Hall website content requires the prior written permission of the Archdiocese of Birmingham, whereupon, if approved, the appropriate licence may be granted.

2. You agree to use the Harvington Hall website only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the site. Behaviour that is strictly prohibited includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the site.

3. We may from time to time invite users to submit personal information and/or contributions to the Harvington Hall website.

Where you are invited to submit any contribution to the Harvington Hall website (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant Harvington Hall a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in the Harvington Hall Privacy Policy. If you do not want to grant Harvington Hall the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to the Harvington Hall website.
